| Meet the Partnership:
Blackpool Strategic Partnership is a voluntary partnership of organisations and stakeholders from the Public, Private and Third Sector in Blackpool. Everyone involved in the Partnership shares a common goal, which is to make Blackpool "a great place to visit, an even better place to live".
As with any organisation a successful partnership relies on strong leadership. Blackpool Strategic Partnership is steered by the BSP Board, which is a group of 8 individuals who represent wider partners from across the sectors.

Councillor Peter Callow, Chair of Blackpool Strategic Partnership, Leader of Blackpool Council.

Chief Superintendent Richard Debicki, Vice Chair of Blackpool Strategic Partnership, Goal 2 Champion and Divisional Commander Lancashire Constabulary.

Mr Steve Weaver, BSP Board Member, Goal 1 Champion and Chief Executive Blackpool Council.

Mrs Wendy Swift, BSP Board Member, Goal 4 Champion and Chief Executive NHS Blackpool.

Mr Neil Colquhoun, BSP Board Member, Third Sector Champion and Blackpool Third Sector Strategic Partnership Manager.

Mr Doug Garrett, BSP Board Member, Goal 3 Champion and Chief Executive RE Blackpool.

In addition to the Blackpool Strategic Partnership Board, there is a complex network of sub-groups which ensures the aims of the Partnership are met and that our aspirations are realised.
